Jacksonville, in terms of square miles, is the largest city in the United States. Fortunately, only a million people live in this large area so, as cities go, it's not overly crowded. From Southside to the beaches, there are many communities where "corporate housing" is available. Competition for these units is real, as Jacksonville is growing, and companies are attracting thousands of new families here to work.
In order to stay ahead of what is available at a given time, we went to three expert companies in this area that dominate the "corporate" market and have agreed to fit our patients into housing that best meets their needs. Commutes can range from 15 minutes locally to 35 minutes close to the beaches. We also have individuals who rent to our patients as well.
FYI: This condo unit is in the quiet, gated subdivision of "Villas at Timberlin Parc," which features a pool, fitness room, single-car garage & balcony with wood view. Utilities are included up to $100.
